Qara Bowie is designed by Qara Blades & Arts™, made by Jack Bauer Swords.
Our design for Qara Bowie is inspired by historical U.S. fighting knives and khanjar daggers used in West Asia and the Balkans. The hollow-ground blade supported by a tapering spine enhances the cutting performance of the blade. The elongated sharp clip point is combined with the curved profile of the blade and enables the martial artist to practice historical dagger techniques.
Qara Bowie offers a very nimble and versatile blade suitable for various historical martial art techniques.
The current production period for each order is approximately two (2) months.
Each order comes with a leather sheath.
